Leila is a dedicated psychotherapist specializing in working primarily with adults and couples. She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients get unstuck and move forward, allowing for a newfound freedom to find enjoyment and meaning in daily life. Leila's counseling style is warm, empathetic, understanding, and honest. In her free time, you can find Leila with family and friends or enjoying some time outdoors.

Leila holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University, where she received training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. During her studies, Leila also gained valuable experience providing mitigation services to individuals navigating the incarceration system in New York State. Leila has served as a crisis counselor at the Crisis Text Line, where she engaged in immediate support and intervention to individuals in distress. This experience honed her crisis intervention skills and strengthened her ability to provide compassionate care during times of acute need.
